The main modules of the EURECA system are responsible for creation and budget control through 3 approaches:
Multidimensional - e.g. budget of sales can be planned and monitored by market segments, regions, assortment etc.
Multi-measure – it is possible to plan and track few measures for one phenomenon – e.g. amount, value or average price,
Multi-periodic – each budget can include different periods of time, independent on fiscal years – thanks to that we can track the budget of a project that lasts from November to April, or when its realization takes 27 months.
Multidimensional analysis of planned and actual data and ad-hoc queries enabling to run even very sophisticated analyses. Furthermore, Controlling Systems offers multi-language version of the EURECA system. This version is very flexible and has no language limits. All the names of fields and information that appear in the system are gathered in one table. It enables user to translate those names into any language he wishes. We’ve already elaborated English version of EURECA. Besides, the analytical part of the application enables multidimensional analyses of planned and actual data, as well as ad-hoc queries that allow running even very non-typical analyses.
