Direct insurance company Link4 Insurance works with EURECA LINK4 and Controlling Systems Sp. z o.o. informed about the completion of the implementation of EURECA Corporate Performance Management system supporting budgeting and analysis.
Main goals of the project: The primary objective was to increase the efficiency of decision-making processes in key areas for Link4, including related selling, personnel management, risk insurance and accounting. In addition, one of the most important reasons for purchase of EUERCA was also the need to shorten the period of time needed to generate plans, analysis and reporting in the aforementioned areas. Not without significance was the question of the efficiency of existing tools and the ergonomics of their use.
First results: "Unlike before, the company budget for 2008 has been developed already in the system EURECA. Owing to new tool, this was done faster, more accurately and simultaneously, we had much more time for analysis of information – because, thanks to EURECA we presently need less time to collect and verify data input "- emphasizes Michał Więckowski , Director of the Department of Budget Control at Link4.
Integration with other systems: As far as cooperation with other systems existing Link4 EURECA collects from various sources, including the ERP system: EXACT. This type of integration significantly raises the added value in the current environment Link4.
