Eureca is an added value to systems which already exist in the company. Data warehouse built in Eureca enables loading data about budget execution from other systems and comparing it with the plan. Thanks to Microsoft technology knowing the new system does not make any problems. Persons who ware working with MS OFFICE in short time will get to work with Eureca. The System has large functionality available to service the whole process of creating and controlling budget realization. The modules of reporting and manager dashboards rationalize communication between controller and key managers in the company.

Ergonomics work and information exchanging.

In Eureca are available following models of interfaces:

• Thick client of the application (mostly it is controller or essential administrator role, according to his responsibilities he defines model of controlling and range of data which will be available for particular users)
• Client working via browser – in this interface user has access to his range of data via intranet or internet, possibilities of this model allows: in current moment comparing plan with execution, analyzing data in pivot tables, and observing them using manager dashboards.
• Client working via MS Excel – in this interface controller by himself can generate Excel sheets from Eureca. The sheet can be loaded with data from the data base (e.g. about budget execution or plan assumption). In easy way data can be directly load to the data base from Excel sheet. Controller can automatically generate part sheets for planning and send it to particular users. Data entered into spreadsheet can be directly load by the user from Excel to Eureca base.

Eureca reduce IT department labor-intensively. 

System eliminates labor destined for defining and sending usual reports of actual (but it still gives possibility of attach report defined in MS Analysis Services). Data warehouse enables building “logical data archive” where data from previous years and other accounting systems will be collected and available (it is important when the company is planning to change ERP system!). Eureca exploits common and known Microsoft technology and using it elements in the interface – user can get to work with the System outright. Everybody who has worked with MS Excel or MS Internet Explorer will be able to start working with Excel or web part of the system.

Eureca simplify and reduce labor intensively in collecting budget from many Excel sheets. System enables working with couple versions of the plan and comparing them each other because in Eureca version is simply one of the budget dimensions.
